LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All persons use the pool at their own risk.
Association Members are not liable for claims arising from the use of
the pool by residents or their families or guests. The Association, its employees or managing agents shall
not be responsible for any injuries which occur on the premises or any
loss or damage to personal property. The pool phone number is: 575-4043 |
| 2. Normal pool
hours are 9:00AM - 9:00PM, seven days a week. Adult lap swimmers are
permitted from 8:00AM - 9:00AM. Sorry, no children are allowed in the
pool area during lap time. |
| 3. Pool(s) may be used by Marina/Paxton East Homeowners and guests only. DO NOT SWIM ALONE. |
| 4.
Guests MUST be accompanied by the Homeowner – limit 4 per
household. Please consider other members when using this privilege. |
| 5. Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years of age or older). |
| 6. Pets are NOT PERMITTED in the pool or pool area at any time. |
| 7.
Persons with contagious diseases or infections are not permitted
in the pool (i.e. Chickenpox). Swimmers should not swim when ill with
diarrhea,
swimmers should not swallow pool water, young children should be taken
on regular bathroom breaks, and all swimmers should practice good
hygiene (wash hands after using the restroom or diaper changing area,
take showers before swimming, change diapers in a restroom instead of
by the pool). Infants or children not yet toilet trained are required
to wear plastic/rubber pants or swim diapers. Normal wear diapers are
not allowed in the pool. |
| 8. NO GLASS containers in the pool area at any time. |
| 9. NO CLIMBING, HANGING OR SITTING on the pool fence . |
| 10. Proper swim attire is required for swimming. Cut off jeans and other street clothes are prohibited. |
| 11. Running,
cannonballing, diving, rough housing, foul language and/or any other
behavior, which detracts from a responsible and pleasant atmosphere, is
strictly prohibited. |
| 12. Please keep the entrance gate closed and locked when entering or leaving the pool area. |
| 13. All trash must be placed in the trash containers provided. Please dispose of all your own trash. |
| 14. NO SKATEBOARDING is allowed anywhere on Marina Property. |
15. NO
INFLATABLE BOATS OR 2 PLUS PERSON FLOATING DEVICES are allowed at any
time. Please use common courtesies when using floation devices. Please
use only toys specifically made for pool use.

| 16. Pool equipment and furniture provided by the Homeowners Association must not be removed from the pool area. |
